APPX Background Process Control on NT
Similar to the WANG VS Procedure Queue and Background Initiator Setup except that a single "initiator" can only handle one "class" of background process. Used to either force a sequential execution of many jobs in a single class or reduce the number of background processes that may be running simultaneously. CPU use too low to register if no jobs are "in the pipe".
